The Turco-British Association has always made sure to employ, both Turkish and Native Speaker teachers of English from amongst those holding professional qualifications of the highest quality through a four-phase selection procedure and ensures that the teachers employed keep themselves up-to-date with the current methodologies and approaches in the light of recent developments in the field of English Language Teaching.
All Turkish and Native Speaker members of the teaching staff are experienced professionals with degrees from the departments of English Language Teaching, English Language and Literature, American Culture and Literature or Linguistics of universities in or outside Turkey holding language teaching certificates of national or international validity.
