1. How can I register for TBA courses? First, you will be requested to take our Placement Test. Please see our academic calendar for the testing dates and times. When your level has been assessed, you can register for a suitable course programme.
2. How long will the placement test take? There are two parts to the test. The multiple choice written test will be followed by an interview lasting 5-10 minutes. The total duration of the test will depend on your level of English. In any case, you will be able to find out your level the same day. Please note that the fee for the test is TL 6.- (VAT included).
3. When can I start the course programme? As you will see on our academic calendar, we run courses throughout the year. Therefore, you can start any month (term) of the year.
4. What do I need to bring for registration? Apart from the course fee, 2 passport photos and a photocopy of an ID.
5. How can I pay the course fee? You can pay either in cash or by credit card.
6. How long are the courses? The TBA offers a wide range of course programmes, such as General English, Interest Focused Courses, Business English and Exam Preparation. Some of the course programmes have fixed hours (e.g. IELTS preparation is a total of 120 lesson hours). However, for the General English courses you can continue as long as you want by monthly registration.
7. The course hours do not fit into my work schedule. Can you offer a special programme for me? Yes. Depending on your needs and the hours you can attend, we can organise tailor-made “One-to-One” courses. Please contact projects@tba.org.tr
