TBA CULTURAL ACTIVITIES
The Turco-British Association,
inline with its constitutional aims, has been organising
free-of-charge cultural activities open to the public
since 1951. These include concerts, conferences, panel
discussions, seminars, drama performances, films and
slide shows, all of which contribute to enriching the
cultural and artistic life in Ankara.
Our cultural activities
are publicised in detail on our website, as well as
by monthly announcements through
e-mails, posters and fliers. The activity programmes
are held in the 124-seat Auditorium, which is equipped
with advanced audio/visual facilities.
Within the cultural
programme, “Archaeology and History of Art Seminars”
have continued in popularity for interested art-lovers,
where seminars and workshops are presented by eminent
academics, and excursions to many archaeological sites
in Anatolia provide a unique opportunity.
